Need a replacement or refund! No Problem!
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may request a replacement of any hay type or refund. In order to be equitable to all customers and have a unified system to most quickly serve everyone, we will not engage in returns via wall posts or comments on social media.
Here's how to request help.
1. Email customerservice@kmshayloft.com or use the Help Chatbox in the bottom right of the page. If we are online you'll get help immediately.
2. Attach a picture of the product you need a replacement or refund for.
3. Clearly state what the product issue is.
4. If you want a replacement, let us know what product you'd like in exchange.
5. Recieve replacement in 3 to 7 business days and celebrate with your fur baby.
